A cheese made from raw full-fat milk, ripened for 90 days. 

LE PETIT FROMAGE DE VILLE SUR NUS

Cheese produced with whole cow's milk, with a 60/90 days seasoning, sweet taste, with a soft paste. Much appreciated not only by adults but also by children; it is found in 3.0 - 4.0 kg forms.

BECCA D'AVEILLE VIEUX

A tasty, strongly flavoured cheese made from full-fat milk. What gives this cheese its unique flavour and aromas is the milk produced by cows fed on very special grass and hay growing on the sun-lit mountainside, at a height of  1000/1200 m in unpolluted surrounding at the foot of Becca d'Aveille.
